If you are applying for membership only, and do not want to create an individual member page, you do not need to fill out the ID and Password lines. You do need to complete all the other information, including the two telephone number fields. If you do not wish to include your evening or home phone number, just repeat your day phone number. Lack of two phone numbers in the form will prevent the program from recognizing the home page site application. If you are applying for an individual member page on the Afa web site, then you need to fill out the ID and Password lines and keep a record of exactly what you put down (case sensitivity may affect your sign in).

Annual Dues
The annual Afa dues are $25.00. Considering all that Afa offers in the way of meetings, individual and group shows, contacts, and the opportunity for a personal web site, this is really a bargain. You may apply for an individual member page first then pay later within 30 days after receiving an invoice from the Afa Secretary. Since Afa has expenses related to membership and the site, failure to pay the annual dues fee will result in removal from the Newsletter mailing list and from the personal home page on the Afa Gallery web site.
